Why Gabrovo?
Gabrovo is located in the geographical center of Bulgaria, north of the Central Stara Planina.
Approximately two hours by car separate the city from three international airports – Sofia, Varna and Bucharest. In the near future, a tunnel under Stara Planina will shorten the distance to the international airport in Istanbul to three hours, connecting the northern and southern parts of the country comfortably and quickly.
The Scientia buildings are located in the center of Gabrovo, within walking distance of the municipality and administrative center, Technical University – Gabrovo and many of the city’s museums and attractions. The complex will be located right next to the banks of the Yantra River, in the heart of Gabrovo. The unique view of the river, the all-new, green infrastructure in the surroundings and the muffled city noises will complement the comfort of the employees working in the Scientia buildings.
