In Scientia House, 6 units are available. office spaces, Fitness, Restaurant and a total of 36 parking spaces, which are rented out for a long-term period.

The Scientia building has a reception open from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays. Outside of this time, authorized employees have access to the buildings.

Every floor except the roof terraces can be reached by 2 KONE elevators. 24-hour security, video surveillance and safety and security are provided in the designated facilities.
